8月21日上午,应先进技术研究院的邀请,波兰Zielona Gora大学Krzysztof Galkowski教授来南京邮电大学作题为“Iterative learning control, A Linear Repetitive Process Approach -- Basics, Applications and Future Directions”的学术报告。
报告中,Krzysztof Galkowski教授介绍了迭代学习控制产生的背景,然后介绍了迭代学习控制在工业中的具体应用,着重阐述了现有迭代学习控制研究中的关键问题,如收敛性问题、基于状态空间的Lyapunov求解问题以及时间域与迭代域下的分析与设计问题,给出了相关领域研究的最新进展,最后指出了迭代学习控制研究中抗干扰问题、振动消除问题以及LMI约束优化问题等具重要意义的研究方向。
本次学术报告由先进技术研究院院长岳东教授主持。报告会结束时,Krzysztof Galkowski教授和与会师生进行了热烈的互动交流。
报告人简介:
Krzysztof Galkowski received the M.S., Ph.D. and Habilitation (D.Sc.) degrees in electronics / automatic control from Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland in 1972, 1977 and 1994, respectively. In October 1996 he joined the Technical University of Zielona Gora (now the University of Zielona Gora), Poland, where he held the professor position. In 2002, he was awarded the degree "Professor of Technical Science", the highest scientific degree in Poland.
He is an associate editor of International Journal of Multidimensional Systems and Signal Processing, International Journal of Control and International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He has co-organized a series of International Workshops: first one NDS 1998 - Lagov, Poland; NDS 2000 - Czocha Castle - Poland; the third as a Symposium within MTNS 2002 in Notre Dame IN, US; NDS 2005 in Wuppertal, Germany; NDS 2007 in Aveiro, Portugal, and the last NDS 2009 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The next one (NDS 2011) will be co-organized in Poitiers, France, September 2011.
His research interests include multidimensional (nD) systems and repetitive processes - theory and applications, Iterative Learning Control and related numerical methods. He is an author/editor of four monographs/books and over 80 papers in peer reviewed journals and over 150 in the proceedings of international conferences. He has prepared numerous special issues for leading journals as IJC, MDSSP and others. He has a strong international co-operation with the Universities of Southampton for which he is awarded the official position of Visiting Professor at The School of Electronics and Computer Science; the universities of Wuppertal and Erlangen-Nurnberg, Germany; University of Hong Kong; University of Poitiers, France; University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Except for several country awards, he has obtained a Siemens Award and William Mong award for his research contributions in 2004 and 2006,respectively.
